As the Islamic calendar is based on the lunar cycle, the Holy Month of Ramadan has an annual rotation of roughly ten days. This year, Ramadan is anticipated to start on the evening of Thursday, 27th February 2025 subject to moon sightings.

Duaa for Breaking Fast in Ramadan

اللهم إني لك صمت وبك أمنت وعليك توكلت وعلى رزقك أفطرت

Transliteration: Allahumma inni laka sumtu, wa bika aamantu, wa ‘alayka tawakkaltu, wa Ala rizqika aftartu

English translation: Oh Allah! I fasted for You and I believe in You, and I put my trust in You, and I break my fast with Your sustenance.
